The Property Factory often acts as ‘Master Agent’ to then ‘work in’ or ‘conjunct’ with other Real Estate Agencies when the situation requires. We will always put our client (the developer) first to ensure sales are made as quickly as possible. Sometimes this means working in conjunction or partnership with another agency. We have real estate partners who we regularly go to, with large scale developments and subdivisions across New Zealand. 

In this instance we will work with the developer to collaborate with 3rd party agencies to ensure consistency of message and offer is made in the market. This includes;

  • Ensuring 3rd party agencies have access to the investor centric marketing collateral (branded under their own colours and logos) that include macro and micro research on the location together with specifics about each property.

  • Branded investment reports (IR) and/or a website that enables partners to share investment listings with clients under their marketing.

  • Templated and customised emails (eDM’s) that can be sent to partner client databases that are compliant with REA rules around marketing and property representations.

  • Co-hosting an in-the-room event with the 3rd party agency and/or the developer to maximise sales agent presence at large scale events with large investor numbers present.
